New Gynecology Patient Information
The initial visit consists of a consultation as well as a gynecological examination. If you have not already done so, please verify with our office whether Dr. Tippet participates in your insurance plan. If you are unsure of your benefits for doctors' office visit, you should also contact your insurance company. Please keep in mind that some plans require primary care physician referrals. If you are required to pay for your office visits, the fee for routine gynecological care for new patients is $150; the fee for a complicated gynecological problem is $250.

Dr. Tippet would like to review your past gynecological or other applicable records; release of records forms are available for download below. Please print and complete the forms, and send or deliver to your previous physician's office.
